  • What fees does The Garden Apartments charge?

    The Garden Apartments charge a one-time application fee of $75.


    Residents pay a monthly $100 (2 bedroom apartments) or $75 (1 bedroom apartments) fee covering water, trash, and pest control services. 


    Residents are responsible for paying electric bills.
